Nexme conducts a rigorous vetting process to provide our home sellers the best local Nexme agent partners and full, five-star service. All our agent partners come from tier 1 real estate firms, including Keller Williams, Windermere, Coldwell Bankers, eXp Realty, John L. Scott, Sotheby’s, BHHS, Skyline Properties and RE/MAX, Century 21 and many more; have at least 2-years’ experience as a real estate agent and/or 10+ listing/selling transactions. We do the work upfront so you don’t have to.
Yes! We know your time is valuable, and we aim to reduce the time to sell your home. Our local agent partners are committed to responding to your request within seconds. As a home seller, you have access to agents in minutes. However, you can also schedule a time. Simply click on the calendar icon and choose today or tomorrow.
If you’re happy with the service you’ve gotten, of course! But if you’re not happy, you can click the request agent button to connect with another agent. Interview as many as you want until you find the right agent you’re comfortable with. We do appreciate your agent feedback, please feel free to rate your agent and/or email us: email@example.com.
Our Nexme agent partners commit to 1.5% commission fee and still provide full-service. Full-service includes helping you list the home on the market, yard signs, hosting open-houses, professional photography, staging or virtualstaging, marketing and putting your home on MLS which will then show up on ever real estate platform such as Zillow, Redfin and realtor.com.
No, we do not take any commission fee. Nexme agent partners commit to listing your home for 1.5%, not the traditional 3% commission fee, no fine print, no hidden charges. Other platforms will *SAY* you can list at 1% but READ the FINE PRINT! It’s not always the case. As a home seller on the Nexme platform, be rest assured you will always get a full-service local agent. This saves you thousands in commission savings.
It’s important to read all the *FINE PRINT*. Redfin claims to list at 1% but will not list at 1% if it doesn’t meet specific requirements. Unlike Nexme, Redfin DOES take a commission fee, just like any other traditional brokerage firm with 1-star service. You will not get a full-service agent; instead they employ customer service representatives who are not full-service real estate agents and do not deliver five-star service. If you want a full-service agent, Redfin requires you to pay FULL listing commission fee. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
